GYM ETIQUETTE


1. Ask to use tape if you need some, but please buy your own as it gets expensive.
2. Bring a towel, no-body enjoys laying in others sweat
3. Clean up after yourself, if you sweat on a bar, leave chalk somewhere etc please clean it up!
4. Be social & greet new people if you do not know them! ASK if you are unsure
5. Be on time – simple, being late means you miss a vital part of the program. Usually WOD instructions and the warm up.
7. Keep the chalk in the bucket
8. Use clips/collars on bars at all times
9. Put your equipment away
10. No coaching – please avoid instructing another member through movement as it may conflict with what the coach has had to say
11. If you have a minor injury and need a substitute for an exercise in the workout please let us know either before you come in. If it’s a serious injury we are happy to write you up a program so you know what you’re doing prior to coming in.
12. Take your gear home with you, belts, shoes, water bottles etc.
13. Lastly, Have fun and enjoy your training, it shouldn’t be a chore
